Webasyst: Redirect Manager

The /wa/redirects/all page is used to manage all redirects in the store: search, check, delete, and navigate through a large list of entries.

Business Benefits

  • Preservation of SEO value of old pages after URL changes.
  • Fewer 404 errors for customers and search engines.
  • Quick audit and cleanup of outdated redirects.
  • Quality control of migrations and catalog structure changes.

What's on the Page

  • URL Search: finds redirects by old or new address.
  • Redirect Table: ID, "from", "to", HTTP code, creation date.
  • Pagination: convenient viewing of a large number of entries.
  • Delete Button: removes an unnecessary redirect.
  • "Add New" Button: proceed to create/import new rules.

Buttons and Actions

  • Find: initiates a search for the entered URL.
  • Reset: clears the filter and returns the full list.
  • Back / Forward / Page Number: switch between list pages.
  • Delete (trash icon): deletes a specific redirect after confirmation.
  • Add New: opens the redirect addition module.

How to Use (Recommended)

  1. Enter the problematic URL in the search and click "Find".
  2. Check if the redirect leads to the correct target page.
  3. Evaluate the redirect's HTTP code and creation date.
  4. Delete outdated or erroneous rules.
  5. If a rule is missing, go to "Add New" and create it.

When to Check

  • After changing category structures or product URLs.
  • After site migration or CMS logic changes.
  • After a mass import that changes URLs.
  • When the number of 404 pages increases in analytics.

Tip

First, check redirects for pages with traffic and sales. This quickly reduces transition losses and maintains search positions.
