The /business/mail page integrates email handling in a chat format: inbox, conversation history, quick reply, AI-enhanced text, and mailbox management.

Buttons and Actions

  • Compose: start a new email (composer).
  • Refresh (icon): updates the email list.
  • Back (in chat): return to the email list.
  • Send (plane icon): sends the reply.
  • Enhance AI: edits the draft into more professional text.
  • Mailbox Settings (via API screens): add/test/delete email accounts.

How to Use Daily

  1. Select the desired mailbox.
  2. Open the client email in chat mode.
  3. Review the previous message history for this email.
  4. Write a reply and, if needed, click "Enhance AI".
  5. Send the message and ensure it appears in the history.

When It's Especially Useful
