Staff: Team Management

The /staff/ page allows the owner to manage employees: add staff, group them, set up access, monitor activity, and track working hours.

Business Benefits

  • Secure distribution of access among employees.

Main Tabs

  • Workers: list of employees, group, individual rights.
  • Groups: creation and editing of access groups.
  • Staff Actions: team activity log.
  • Working Hours: summary of hours worked and last activity.

Buttons and Their Functions

  • Add Worker: creates a new employee account.
  • Set Access Rights: opens a rights modal for a specific employee.
  • Create Group: forms a group with a common set of accesses.
  • Edit Group: changes the group name/rights and synchronizes members.
  • Delete Group: removes the group, employees remain without it.
  • Export Report to Excel: exports the activity log and working hours.
  • Delete Worker Account: completely removes the employee from the system.

Configurable Options

  • Individual employee rights (by sections).
  • Group rights (catalog, business/system).
  • Assigning an employee to a group or "no group" mode.
  • Employee access to project mailboxes.

Recommended Team Launch Scenario

  1. Create basic groups by roles (content, manager, analyst).
  2. Set group rights to provide only the necessary access.
  3. Add employees and assign them to groups.
  4. For specific tasks, create targeted individual rights.
  5. Check the "Staff Actions" and "Working Hours" tabs weekly.

Reports and Control

  • The action log shows who changed what and when.
  • The Excel report is suitable for internal control and management meetings.
  • Time tracking helps assess team workload.

Tip

Start with minimal access rights and expand them as needed. This reduces the risk of errors and unwanted changes in the project.
