Import products
How to upload products quickly and without data loss: from file preparation to final verification.
File preparation
- Make sure the file contains a unique identifier (SKU/code).
- Fill in the key fields: name, price, availability, category.
- Avoid empty columns and random duplicates.
2. Field mapping
- Match the file columns with CatPro fields.
- Check the rules for numeric and text values.
- Save the mapping profile for future imports.
3. Result verification
- Review the import log and fix errors.
- Perform a quick check of a random sample of products.
- After validation, start the bulk import of the entire volume.
