The /business/messengers page consolidates messages from various channels into a single interface: dialogues, conversation history, quick replies, AI suggestions, and management of connected channels.

  • Connecting/removing channels: Telegram, Viber, Instagram, WhatsApp.

Buttons and Actions

  • Refresh: updates the dialogue list.
  • Search: finds a dialogue by name or text.
  • Detect Language: identifies the client's language for response.
  • Reply in Client's Language: auto-adapts the response.
  • Attachment: sends a file in the chat.
  • Templates: quick insertion of ready-made replies.
  • AI Star: enhances the response text before sending.
  • Send: sends a message to the selected chat.
  • Settings (gear): manage channels and templates.

How to Use Daily

  1. Refresh the dialogue list and open unread inquiries.
  2. If needed, determine the client's language.
  3. Compose a response manually or through a template.
  4. Click AI enhancement for final text editing.
  5. Send the message or file and check that the chat is updated.

Channel Settings

  • In the "Accounts" tab, new communication channels are added.
  • Each channel is assigned a name, type, and API token/key.
  • For WhatsApp, specify Access Token and Phone Number ID.
  • Channels can be disabled/removed if no longer used.

Tip

Prepare 10-15 quality templates for frequent questions and combine them with AI enhancement. This significantly speeds up the team's work and enhances a unified communication standard.
