Business: Orders

The /business/orders page provides a centralized control center for orders: list, filters, statuses, amounts, profit, Nova Poshta tracking numbers, and details for each order.

Benefits for Business

  • Real-time sales monitoring.
  • Quick identification of problematic orders and logistics.
  • Transparent overview of margin and profit for each order.
  • Convenient status control across different projects/storefronts.

Main Features

  • List of recent orders with infinite scroll.
  • Filters: period, status, domain, currency, tracking number, amount.
  • Sorting by date, amount, or internal CRM status.
  • Currency mode: in CRM currency or order currency.
  • Quick view of customer, products, delivery, payment, profit.
  • Working with Nova Poshta tracking numbers: copying, tracking, status updates.
  • Detailed order card: products, parameters, action history.

Buttons and Actions

  • Filters: opens the sidebar for selection parameters.
  • Configure Statuses: manage internal status logic.
  • Refresh Data: reloads the order list.
  • APPLY (in filters): applies selected conditions.
  • Reset All Filters: quickly returns to the base list.
  • Eye Icon: opens full order details.
  • Truck Icon: opens tracking number operations for the order.
  • Copy Tracking Number: copies the express invoice number.
  • Nova Poshta Tracking: opens delivery tracking.
  • Update Tracking Number Status: requests the current status from the carrier.

Daily Usage Guide

  1. Open the order list and click "Refresh Data".
  2. Apply filters by period, status, and storefront.
  3. Check tracking number blocks: without tracking, problematic, in transit, delivered.
  4. Open key order details using the "Eye" button.
  5. Review margin/profit and respond to risky positions.

When It's Especially Important to Check

  • After peak sales days and promotions.
  • After price or stock updates.
  • When there are delivery delays or customer complaints.
  • Before forming financial summaries.

Tip

Start your day with the "without tracking" and "problematic tracking" filters — this quickly reduces operational delays and improves service quality.
