Step-by-Step Workflow

Step 1. Upload the Table

Select a CSV/XLSX/XLS file and click "Upload".

Step 2. Configure Processing

  • Source Column - where AI takes the text from.
  • Result Column - where AI's response is recorded.
  • AI Model - the model that performs the processing.
  • What to Achieve - business goal (e.g., SEO title, short description, translation).
  • Result Format Standard - style rules and restrictions (language, length, no emojis, etc.).

Step 3. Check the Prompt

In the "Prompt Template" block, choose a ready-made option or edit your own text.

This helps standardize results for the entire team.

Step 4. Save the Settings Set (if needed)

  • Specify the set name.
  • Click "Save".
  • For reuse, click "Apply".

Step 5. Work with the Preview

  • Filter the table by necessary rows.
  • Mark rows for processing (all or only visible).
  • If needed, adjust column visibility.

Step 6. Run AI

Click "Run AI" and wait for processing to complete.

The result will be recorded in the specified result column.

Step 7. Export the File

Click "Export" and download the finished file (`.xlsx` or `.csv`).

Tip: before mass launching, test processing on 20-50 rows to ensure the correct response format for your niche.
