Why Your Business Needs This Tool

  • Time-saving: merge large price lists and tables in a few clicks.
  • Fewer errors: less manual copying between files.
  • Quick catalog updates: easily add new columns from the supplier's file.
  • Process standardization: the team works with a consistent data processing scenario.

What You'll Find on the 'Integrations / Table Merge' Page

  1. Upload the main file (where we merge).
  2. Upload the source file (where we get data from).
  3. Select matching keys between files.
  4. Select columns to transfer from the source.
  5. Set value priorities and add missing rows.
  6. Final merge and download the result.

Buttons and Their Functions

  • 'Read Columns' - reads the structure of both files and opens merge settings.
  • 'Merge and Download' - performs the merge and immediately downloads the ready file.

Fields and Options

  • Main File Key - the field used to find the corresponding row in the main table.
  • Source File Key - the field that should match the main file key.
  • Value Priority:
'Keep main file values' - if the main file already has data, it won't be overwritten.
'Overwrite from source' - values from the source file take priority.
  • Columns from Source to Transfer - select which fields to add/update in the main file.
  • Result File Name - name of the output file (`.xlsx` or `.csv`).
  • Add Rows Not in Main File - adds new entries from the source that weren't in the main table.

Step-by-Step Workflow

Step 1. Prepare 2 Files

  • Main File - your current catalog/table.
  • Source File - file with new or additional data.

Step 2. Upload Files

Select both files and click 'Read Columns'.

Step 3. Define Keys

Select the matching field in each file (e.g., SKU, article number, or ID).

Step 4. Choose Priority

Decide which data is more important: existing in the main file or new from the source.

Step 5. Mark Columns for Transfer

Mark only the fields you need to transfer from the source (e.g., price, stock, description, brand).

Step 6. Add New Rows (if needed)

Enable the option 'Add Rows Not in Main File' if you want to upload new entries.

Step 7. Generate the Result

Specify the output file name and click 'Merge and Download'.

Tip: before merging large files, test the settings on a small fragment to check keys and priority logic.

Typical Use Cases

  • Update prices and availability from a supplier's price list.
