Plans and Subscription

Page for customers who want to understand the difference in rates, extend access, change plans, or quickly resolve payment issues.

How to choose a plan

We recommend choosing a plan not only based on price but also on actual usage: catalog volume, number of managers in the office, and synchronization frequency.

  • Focus on the current and projected catalog volume for the next 1-3 months.
  • If you're starting for the first time, begin with the basic plan and check the workflow in the first 7-14 days.
  • If you've added new integrations or your team has grown, upgrade to a higher plan without waiting for the current period to end.
  • If you need custom access conditions, choose the corporate format and contact support.

Basic plan

For starting, small directories, and basic operations without a complex command structure.

Professional plan

For active operational work: more tasks, higher limits, stable daily team performance.

Corporate plan

For companies with multiple directions, increased access requirements, control, and integrations.

2. Renewal and modification of subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time: continue, change the plan, or renew access after a pause.

  1. Open the rates section in the dashboard.
  2. Select the desired plan, payment period, and check the final amount before confirming.
  3. Make the payment using the selected method.
  4. After a successful transaction, wait for the access status to update in your profile.
  5. If you change the plan, check the new limits and available modules in the cabinet.

Tip: if the payment went through but access hasn't updated within a few minutes, refresh the page and log out/in to your account.

3. Payment, billing, and documents

  • Payment confirms the selected access period and activates or renews the subscription.
  • The subscription end date is displayed in the profile and used as the access control date.
  • For business accounting, we recommend saving the payment confirmation immediately after the transaction is completed.
  • If the payment did not go through, first check your bank/card and then try again with the same account.

Important: Interrupting the payment does not change your current plan. The plan is updated only after a successful payment.

4. If access is restricted or expired

After the subscription expires, certain features may be temporarily unavailable. To quickly return to normal operation, perform the check below.

  1. Check the payment status and subscription expiration date in your profile.
  2. Refresh the page, clear the browser cache, and log in to the account again.
  3. Make sure the payment is made for the correct account or project.
  4. If the limit remains, contact support and provide the account email and approximate payment time.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

When is the best time to change the plan?

Change the plan until the system starts limiting work scenarios: catalog growth, new managers, connecting additional integrations.

Can I switch to a lower plan?

Yes, if your current volumes and processes fit within the limits of a lower plan. Check active tasks and modules before making changes.

What to do if the payment was deducted but the status did not change?

Update the session (log out/in), wait a few minutes, and contact support with payment details if the status has not been updated.

Where can I see the current plans?

The current packages, accesses, and use cases are available in the tariffs section.

6. Contact support

To get quick help with your subscription, please specify in the message:

  • email of the account for which the subscription was made;
  • estimated payment time;
  • short description of the issue (e.g., the rate did not change, access is restricted, payment is not going through).
