The page /business/contacts is designed for managing the customer base: searching and segmenting contacts, viewing order history, customer details, and bulk actions.

Main Features

  • Search by name, phone, email.
  • Sorting: new, most orders, name, old.
  • "No Orders" filter for separate lead management.
  • Infinite scroll for quick viewing of a large base.
  • Customer card with contacts, addresses, and parameters.
  • View the customer's latest orders directly from the card.
  • Bulk deletion of selected contacts with password confirmation.

Buttons and Actions

  • Sorting: changes the order of the contact list.
  • No Orders: shows only contacts without purchases.
  • Search: filters the list in real-time.
  • Checkboxes + Delete: mass contact cleaning.
  • Order Count Button: opens the customer card.
  • Arrow in the Row: also opens customer details.
  • Click on Order in Card: opens details of a specific order.

How to Use (Daily Scenario)

  1. Select a sorting mode for the task (new, top by orders).
  2. Use search to quickly find the desired customer.
  3. Enable "No Orders" to work with inactive base.
  4. Open the customer card and view recent orders.
  5. If necessary, clean outdated contacts with a bulk action.

Tip

Separate work: "customers with orders" and "without orders" separately. This way, the team quickly increases repeat sales and lead conversion.
